Coalition Launches Support for HR-2998

Over 30 organizations and individuals announce the formation of a wide coalition to offer critical support for HR-2998, the COINTELPRO Full Disclosure Act. The bill was assigned to the Committee on Oversight and Reform, and concurrently to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. Coalition partners will initially prioritize urging Congressional Representatives to join the list of cosponsors.

CAIR Issues New Islamophobia Report Exposing More Than $105 Million Funneled to 26 Anti-Muslim Groups by Mainstream Charitable Institutions

CAIR’s new “Islamophobia in the Mainstream” report shows that Islamophobic organizations remain active and continue to receive large sums of money through private family foundations and mainstream donor-advised funds that are ultimately used to spread misinformation and perpetuate stereotypes about Muslims and Islam.

CAIR Marks Anniversary of Jan. 6th Attack, Notes Dangerous Connections Between Insurrectionists and Anti-Muslim Extremism

CAIR today marked the one-year anniversary of the January 6th insurrection at the U.S. Capitol and noted that many of the extremists who targeted Congress that day have been targeting the American Muslim community for years. In a statement, CAIR National Executive Director Nihad Awad said: “On the one-year anniversary of the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol, we reiterate our condemnation of the violent insurrectionists who attempted to overturn the 2020 election and the man who inspired them, former president Donald Trump."

The COVID-19 Vaccine Survey is conducted to find out how the vaccinations are going among Asian Pacific Americans (APAs) in Pennsylvania. Your participation will help stakeholders in healthcare and public service as well as government agencies to improve health equity by increasing understanding of vaccine progress and barriers in Asian Pacific American communities. The survey will also help us combat COVID-19 in the long run.

CAIR-Philadelphia today called on Darby Township School at Southeast Delco School District to acknowledge alleged harm, fully investigate and rectify any missteps that led to a 6th grade Black Muslim student at Darby Township School reportedly to be humiliated and forced to kneel by his homeroom/math teacher.
