CAIR-Pennsylvania Joins Statement of Solidarity with Shia Communities Over Albuquerque Murders

The Philadelphia and Pittsburgh chapters of Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Philadelphia and CAIR-Pittsburgh) today joined more than 40 Muslim community organizations and leaders on a statement of solidarity with Shia Muslims over Albuquerque, N.M., murders allegedly linked to sectarian hatred.

CAIR-Philadelphia Welcomes Positive Steps Following Bullying, Harassment of Delaware Muslim Student

CAIR-Philadelphia today welcomed positive steps by Delaware’s Capital School District, where teachers and students made bigoted remarks targeting a black Muslim middle school student. CAIR-Philadelphia will conduct a cultural sensitivity training for the district in partnership with the local community and allies.
