On Friday, March 29, the Pennsylvania chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Pennsylvania), along with other Muslim non-profit organizations, will hold an historic citywide Ramadan Taraweeh (ta-ra-wee-ah) prayer.
