Your belief in our mission and your ongoing commitment allows us to sustain our programs for our community and our youth, provide legal assistance for American Muslims, and advocate for fair and just policies and legislation.

CAIR-Philadelphia’s Champions of Justice are at the heart of what we do. By becoming a Champion, your monthly gift ensures that American Muslims can enjoy a more just and equitable future. To give just one example: we continue to engage public policy matters in Philadelphia and beyond, including on the Plain View Project that documented anti-Muslim bigotry prevalent in the Philadelphia Police Department. We joined other civic and faith leaders for conversations with the PPD on community concerns around policing and violence.

Also, we would be remiss if we did not mention that in the most critical election of our times last fall, our civic engagement team worked to achieve the following benchmarks in our Get-Out-The-Vote efforts:

• 78,349 phone calls made to American Muslims in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
• 90,273 text messages sent to American Muslims in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
• 94 volunteers recruited for these efforts and supported with stipends from the grants we received.

With our loyal Champions of Justice by our side, we can continue to empower American Muslims.
