CAIR-Philadelphia Donates Protective Equipment to Six Bucks County Hospitals

Dear community members, at CAIR-Philadelphia we recognize that our community needs good news as well as notes that bring the injustices that define our communities into sharp relief. We are happy to share such news from earlier this summer with you.

CAIR-Philadelphia is pleased to share a letter of appreciation from Bucks County Health Improvement Partnership for its donation of hand sanitizers and protective masks to six Bucks County hospitals operating under BCHIP. The donations were made on behalf of the area’s Muslim communities.

The protective equipment distributed to the hospitals were donated to CAIR-Philadelphia by generous community members Mr. Issam Abdellatif, President of New Wave Enterprise and Mr. Abrar Solatch, President of Trinity Sterile.

CAIR-Philadelphia encourages our community to continue to be cautious and to spread the good. We are grateful to our community members who made this project possible and remain committed to spearheading collaborative projects that build bridges across communities.
