Bringing a strong background in leading Product Design and User Experience in the private sector, Naila joins our team with deep expertise in strategy, storytelling, and building systems that center people and impact.
Motivated by a desire to make a tangible difference for the Muslim community, Naila has transitioned into the nonprofit space with a commitment to advancing a just and inclusive society. One where all people, regardless of faith or background, are treated with respect and dignity.
In this role, Naila will lead our development strategy and strategic communications efforts, helping to strengthen our sustainability, amplify our voice, and deepen our engagement with the communities we serve.
