COVID-19 Procedures:

We request our guests to follow best practices for large gatherings by: 1) screening themselves for measurable symptoms, 2) take a rapid test before the event.

We ask that anyone with symptoms or a positive test result in the March 5-11 window avoid joining the banquet. If you do not have access to a rapid test, we will have a limited number of tests available on site.

Face-Coverings

We will continue to follow CDC, PA Department of Health, and the PA Department of Education guidelines regarding face coverings.

As part of our safety measures, we request everyone attending the banquet to consider wearing a mask while not eating. The mask must fit well, with no gaps, and fully cover your nose and mouth.

Hand Sanitizer Stations

We will have hand sanitizing systems easily accessible.

Spacing Measures

Social distancing practices will be implemented where feasible according to the guidelines set forth by the State of Pennsylvania.

No Contact Policy

To assist in minimizing potential physical contact, elbow bumps are a great alternative to handshakes or hugs.

Health and Safety Signage

Signage will be placed to remind all children and staff to frequently wash and sanitize their hands.

Screening for Childcare

Parents and children will be required to participate in a wellness check before they enter the childcare area. The wellness check will require temperature checks and a short questionnaire. Everyone will be asked the following questions:

  • In the past 24 hours, have you experienced COVID-19 symptoms?
  • Have you or people whom you have close contact with, like someone who lives in your house, a relative, a friend, or a co-worker:
    • tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days or
    • had any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days?

Participants who answer yes to any of the screening questions will be denied entry.

To mitigate the spread of COVID-19, if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please do not attend the banquet. For questions regarding reimbursement or transfer of tickets, please contact Leena Jaffer at ljaffer@cair.com
