Interfaith Pillar Lead, CAIR-Philadelphia Advisory Board

For over two decades, Adab has been a leader in the Muslim community. She initiated her path in interfaith activism by co-founding the Interfaith PeaceWalk for Reconciliation in 2003. Through her visionary leadership, Adab has consistently championed the cause of peace and social justice, bringing together individuals from diverse religious backgrounds. In her role at CAIR, Adab strives to deepen interfaith understanding and unity within the community.

Apart from her activism, Adab is a skilled mosaic artist, utilizing stained glass and acrylic paint to design exquisite pieces that expresses Islamic and cultural art. When she’s not immersed in community initiatives or artistry, Adab finds solace in outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and cycling, drawing inspiration from nature for her work.

Adab’s academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Temple University, providing her with a unique perspective and understanding of human behavior. With her wealth of experience, passion for peace, and dedication to community building, Adab Ibrahim is poised to make significant contributions to various endeavors aimed at fostering harmony and understanding in society.
