The Philadelphia People’s Tribunal is an organizing project of Fridays @ Fetterman’s, a grassroots movement to end Israel’s U.S.-funded war on Gaza/Palestine. The event is co-sponsored by the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) and the Friends of Sabeel North America (FOSNA).

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Philadelphia), a federally tax-exempt nonprofit organization, is the fiscal agent for the Philadelphia People’s Tribunal.

"In the face of the unprecedented civilian death toll and scale of destruction in Gaza, the United States… must immediately stop transferring arms to Israel… to knowingly assist in violations is contrary to the obligation to ensure respect for international humanitarian law. A state that continues to supply arms being used to commit violations may share responsibility for these violations."
